Day 1: Arrival
Arrive in Tehran – Check in to your hotel and the afternoon is yours to explore the city. (D)

Day 2: Caspian Sea / Ramsar
Arriving at the Caspian Sea makes our base the popular sea resort of Ramsar, better known to have the highest level of natural radioactivity in the world, due to the presence of radioactive thermal hot springs. (B)
Radioactive Hotsprings
Day 3: Rasht / Anzali Lagoon / Ardabil
Driving through Rasht en route to the Port of Anzali we have time to take an hour boat trip in the lagoon area before continuing onto Ardabil. (B)

Days 4: Ardabil / Sarein
In the morning we have time to see the sights around Ardabil before driving a short distance to the medicinal hot springs of Serein in the afternoon. (2B)

Day 5: Sarein / Sardava / Tehran
Morning visit to the hot springs before we visit a local village called Sardova with a naturally carbonated cold water spring known for its therapeutic values. In the afternoon we drive back to Ardabil to take a late afternoon flight back to Tehran. (B)
